6-seater Golf Cart Included! We don’t charge extra for its use—we want our guests to enjoy it! However, since it gets a lot of use, it may occasionally need maintenance. We work hard to keep it in great condition, but if a service call is needed during your stay, we are unable to provide refunds.
Driveway Parking: Fits up to 4-5 cars OR 2 boats comfortably.
Street parking is strictly prohibited.

Enjoy a perfectly heated pool—no extra fees! Pool heat is already included in your stay, keeping the water at a comfortable 80°F. If you’d like it even warmer, we’re happy to accommodate! For an additional $50 per day, we can heat the pool beyond 80°F to your preferred temperature.
Please Note: This is a quiet neighborhood, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. We have a noise monitoring device outside that alerts both you and us if noise levels exceed acceptable limits.

Summary: This property was great! Enough bedrooms for everyone, space for people to converge (or separate if needed), dining room large for everyone. The pool was awesome, the screened in porch was fantastic. The best was the amenities - the golf cart was basically brand new, the beach chairs were great, the beach towels thick and plentiful. I appreciated the starter kit as well as hand soaps in the bathrooms. It was the perfect getaway (other than the weather). Really enjoyed, would recommend and stay again. Big kudos to Dave and Karen for being so quick with communication as well!

Summary: The three things we look for in when book a property are location, cleanliness, and comfortability. The pictures are very accurate and the location is great, easy qucik access to the beach. The cleanliness and comfortability can be subjective and difficult to determine through pictures and reviews. We were very please with how clean the unit was and how comfortable the beds and furniture were. Having a pool and a golf cart was definitely a bonus. The pool guys came twice during our stay and kept the water clean and clear. David and Karen were fantastic. They were polite and quick to answer any questions. Ultimately, this is a place we plan to rent again!

Summary: Open and spacious for our 3 families to be together for the week. Gulf cart makes it so easy to get to the beach, pool is so nice and big. Everything you need is there! They even ordered a crock pot and muffin pans for us so we didn't have to bringthem. Best hosts ever!!

Summary: Perfect place who is looking for quiet not crowded area. It’s exactly what we was looking. Yes the house is few streets away from the beach but provided 6 person golf cart makes life easier :))) house is very clean and comfortable, located in very quiet neighborhood.

Summary: Our stay here was great! The house was very well furnished and accommodating to our large group. The owners know what people want and need when they show up on vacation! The pool was great and the shed in the back is well stocked with pool toys and beach essentials. We didn’t need to bring much because mostly everything was provided. The owners were very quick to respond to messages and very quick to get your requests taken care of. Highly recommend!
