Waterfront, one level, 3 bed, 3.5 marble/tile baths, 2700 sq ft beautifully appointed, completely renovated, luxury waterfront year round home directly on South Cove of Long Island Sound. There are spectacular water views from the main living area, kitchen and Master Bedroom Suite. Two guest bedrooms are in separate wing of the house with private entrance and private, covered porch. Fully equipped and furnished the house has two Gas fireplaces, outdoor gas grill, large fenced yard, private parking, air conditioned, Wi Fi, cable, indoor/outdoor sound system, 3 Flat screen TV's, and gourmet kitchen, separate dining room, wet bar, wine refrigerator, ice maker and open floor plan. Master Suite with King bed, large master bath, large walk in Master closet, Washer/Dryer, whirlpool tub, large multi-head shower, and private outdoor deck overlooking South Cove, perfect for early morning coffee or cocktail hour quiet drink while viewing sunrise, sunsets and abundant variety of wildlife . First guest bedroom has King bed, private bathroom, and private access to quiet covered back porch. Second guest bedroom, with ensuite bath, private entrance and access to private, covered porch, has twin beds, desk and large closet. Large enclosed hot/cold Outdoor shower, Fire pit, Beautiful large stone patio, fully fenced grass yard for family games. Private beach Association access to sandy beach with raft, BBQ, picnic tables, and beach shower is a short walk away. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the whole front of the house. Use of private dock on property including two kayaks with public small boat launch nearby. Lower level fitness center available with TRX, treadmill, recumbent bike, exercise bike, weights, exercise ball, streatch bands, yoga mat, flat panel TV. Ideally located within walking distance of Fenwick Golf Course, a 9 hole public golf course, fishing and marina bar, spa and Fresh Salt a Four Diamond restaurant at the Old Saybrook Point Inn. The house is set back from the road and has good privacy. There is a covered open screened porch on one side of the house and a stone patio overlooking the cove on the other side. Summary: We had such a lovely time staying for 9 nights in this wonderful home. We saw so much wild life: red fox, loads of ospreys, swans, other water birds, musk rats, squirrels and deer. The house is fully equipped and very comfortable. We very much recommend it. And we also really enjoyed the town of Old Saybrook.... Walt's market is a must for prepared foods, wonderful soups and sandwiches and great home-made sausages. And the Pursuit of Pastries for great bread and cakes. Finally don't miss Re-Unique - a special store. We came home with an antique Bulldog garden statue :)

Summary: We loved our escape to Old Saybrook's South Cove. Elliott's home was just perfect. We were seeking a break from our wintry days in Concord and found the outdoor setting at Elliott's peaceful. Indoors it was super with comfortable beds and plenty of comfy couches and chairs. Old Saybrook and surrounding towns have a lot of interesting spots to explore. The fenced area for our senior dog was super for games of fetch and the neighborhood is great for walking. We would love to go back again sometime :)

Summary: This lovely property is in mint condition with many amenities. For us the best feature was the large outdoor deck overlooking the garden, cove and salt marsh. We spent much time on the deck having our meals, watching the birds, animals and stars. The fenced yard was really great for our toddler and dog.

Summary: My sister and I grew up in the area and I had not been back for 20 years. My wife and I met up with my sister and brother in law, who are from Florida...The homecoming exceeded my expectations. Summary: Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful views. This is our second stay here and it feels like home. Even the neighbors feel like friends. Pricey but full of luxury upgrades. Great place for our dog as well. Works well for our elderly mother as there are minimal stairs and walk in shower. Highly recommend!

Summary: Enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful home! The property was one of the few we founded that could accomodate our elderly mother and her need to sleep downstairs/have a walk in shower AND our pet. Home itself is GORGEOUS and extremely comfortable. View of the Connecticut River/Long Island Sound is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Owners highly responsive and kind. Will stay again!
