We are also close to the Cherokee national forest(a few miles).
sightnseeing; rafting the ocoee river; fishing;; boat rental; is just some of te activities.
Cleveland, tn is 10 miles and Chattanooga and Lookout mtn is 40 miles away.
our cabin has a rocking chair front porch and hottub. back yard is fenced in for your pets.

Summary: Upon entering the cabin there was a musty smell, but once the room cooled down it was fine, the advertisement said that there were 3 bath rooms, but it only had 2, tv and dvd player in kids room didn't work, the over head ceiling fan lights did not work in the master br and the 3rd br, the shower in master br had a drip and there was a smoke detector that continued to chirp until we found it and took it outside.....i know that may sound like a lot but over all we had a very nice stay.

Summary: This cute cabin was in a perfect location for our stay! Check-in was easy-the owners were friendly and easy to communicate with! There were a few things that would improve the stay immensely but they did not make for a negative stay… the furniture setup was slightly different than the photos-and there wasn’t really a couch for people to comfortably sit on…just a small older settee so sitting around trying to catch up with family/friends was not super comfy. The downstairs shower has a leak, someone has attempted to fix but it needs more help (the water was hot and had good pressure!), it also seems there were some areas of possible water damage on the ceiling so if that was repaired throwing some ceiling paint over the stains would make for a more appealing atmosphere. Many outlets were loose/couldn’t hold a plug-it was a struggle to charge my MacBook because the plug is heavy-duty. The last thing we noticed was dishes in the cabinet were wet and that bothered my friend (while it didn’t bother me as much) but I went to use a cake pan and found it had old cake in it. I feel the dish-ware should all be checked when the cabin is cleaned after a guest leaves. But! Don’t be deterred! The cabin overall was clean, comfy, the hot tub was great, loved the porch, TVs were nice, lots of room! I’ve just been doing remodeling at home so I notice everything wherever I go :) this cabin has TONS of potential if upgraded but it’s cute & does the job as is :) I would DEFINITELY stay again!

Summary: Two coworkers and I stayed in this cabin 4 nights in a row during a week-long training we had. The cabin fit our needs, and the hot tub provided an on-hand distraction after a long day of concentrating and homework.

Summary: Home is nicely decorated, had amenities, and was comfortable. We had to make adjustments because our pups couldn't enjoy the outdoors. The outdoors needed maintenance and clean up very bad. We were very disappointed and the pictures of the outside lead us to believe we could spend time with our pups outside playing. Nevermind the neighbors dogs being let off leash to go potty up in the overgrown front yard while we hold ours back or have to go back inside with them. Will be sending the owner documentation of the issues again with more details. It's a shame that whoever manages the outside of the property has let this owners investment deteriorate this way.

Summary: Great location but the house looks like it hadn’t been stayed in in awhile and wasn’t cleaned very well. There were spiders and cobwebs in the bathroom and showers. Some of the sheets had stains on them. The floors and all the dishes in the cabinet were very dirty. Could be a nice place if the place was cleaned up good. Was the perfect size and in a good location for a weekend getaway.
