This private Ranch home is located in an upscale community . This large, 2,000+ sq.ft. Ranch home is stunning with all newer furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and high end tile floors through out.
Your private back living area which faces South so you have Sun all winter, features a
gas heated salt water Pebble Tec pool with a handrail, a slide for the kid in you, a large patio with ample seating and lounge chairs with cushions. Spend your afternoons napping in the hammocks and your evenings around the gas fire pit. There is also a New Weber Gas Grill with a gazebo over top, and a covered Lanai with dining table so you can enjoy your dinners outdoors.
Front room is set up for fun, with a 9 foot shuffle board, Foosball table, large checker set, pub like seating, sofa and table to pay games on.
Great Room is spacious with a wall of windows, 60 inch HDTV with FREE Netflix, Sport Channels, Basic Cable/TV, WiFi, DVD/CD/blue ray, surround sound, and radio/stereo/I-pod connection with home and patio speaker ( patio speaker is Bluetooth), so you can enjoy your favorite music in the back yard as well.
Kitchen is large and fully-equipped, with new stainless steel appliances, large stainless steel sink, tiled counter tops, bar with bar stools, eat-in area with marble top table, ample cabinets for your entertaining needs, and with the open kitchen, you won't miss any of the views.
Den is set up as a second TV room with 60 inch HDTV, CABLE/TV/FREE NETFLIX. This is a great room for the kids hide away. The Sofa also pulls out to a queen size bed and can be used as a 4th bedroom.
Master Bedroom has King bed and private entry to back yard area, huge walk-in closet with built-ins. Master Bath has separate shower, dual sinks, and a large jetted tub. The additional 2 bedroom's have queen beds with quality comfortable mattresses.
There is an office area so you can keep up with your email and work, high speed internet access is included so you can surf the Internet. (Please note: computer is not provided)
Below there is a link to some things to do in Maricopa and around the area as well as a link to the golf course . Maricopa has many small town charms and being just outside Phoenix you are never far from it all; museums, galleries, downtown Scottsdale, and hundreds of golf course. And of course there is plenty of shopping nearby (Chandler Fashion Square Mall, Anthem Outlet mall, Nordstrom's Rack)

Summary: After paying to rent we are informed a few days later via email that you can not use the garage or pantry. On arrival found signs for rules EVERYWHERE. Rules-restrictions-labels on everything. Could not change the thermostat to cool beyond what limit set in advance. Neighbors directly behind have multiple dogs that bark non-stop when outside. While sitting at outdoor table you could not roll the sunshade down in the afternoon/evening because it is padlocked up. Pool needs skimmed often which isn't hard but the net had so many holes it let out what you had worked to get cleaned. Master bath has 1 washcloth 1 hand towel 1 bath towel per person which felt "stingy" for multiple days. There are many of choices to stay and this one won't be one we use again.

Summary: Our first time in Arizona did not disappoint! This house was absolutely beautiful equipped with everything you could need - but the pool/outside patio was the star of the show! Stephanie checked in periodically making sure we were enjoying our stay and that we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

Summary: Wonderful property just south of the Phoenix Valley. Warm and beautiful pool with sunshine all day. Very clean with everything one could need. The gameroom is great for some family fun in the evening. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway to the warmth and sun of Arizona. Can't wait to return.

Summary: Weather was a little colder than expected, but pool heated to expectations. Home was beautiful, clean and organized. This place was a perfect place to relax and get away from it all. I would definitely recommend this gorgeous home to anyone. Owners took the time to make you feel right at home.

Summary: Perfect getaway for my girls in the Az.heat, this house had all we needed and more the Southwest decor, quaint calm desert colors and the pool with the slide was a perfect touch, and our host was the best during our stay checking on us and making sure we where ok or had any needs, checking in was the best so far and accommodating to our needs for the girls to start their day as early as possible, Love the property and the neighborhood has a beautiful golf course that if and when we return I hope to get some play time in. Summary: We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. We spent most of our days relaxing in the back yard and swimming in the pool. The house is very well kept and organized. We really liked the area and how easy it was to get around. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Check in and out was very easy. The owner contacted me several times to make sure that everything was going well and she answered any questions in a timely manner. My family and I would definitely stay here again!
