Summary: This property was the absolute perfect size and price for my family! It was well stocked, and the property manager was amazing, she really went above and beyond! It was wonderful having access to the pool as well. The location was perfectly centered for all of the things we wanted to do. The only negative thing would be that it is a downstairs apartment and the upstairs neighbors are not very polite! They were up all all hours of the night playing loud music, jumping around and banging the walls and floors. It made it very difficult to get a good night sleep.

Summary: The apartment is super cute and felt like home, was located in the back of the property, offered plenty of shade and privacy. However, I remember what it was like to live in an apartment on the first night we arrived! Resident above partied until 3 am, our boys had a baseball tournament that weekend and barely slept because of the noise. We woke up to the picnic table on the back porch, with beer bottles stuck in it. The assigned parking is not great if you have a full sized truck or the like, we didn’t fit. All visitor parking was full while assigned carports were empty. The manager tried to accommodate, which we greatly appreciated however, the residents did not feel the same. We ended up leaving a few nights early so we could go home and sleep…

Summary: 1st floor 3 bedroom apartment. Everything was easy after we found the correct building. We arrived after dark and the lighting on the signage was not the best. But it really took a few short minutes to find it the correct building. 1st floor so no dragging luggage up any stairs, assigned parking so no problem finding a spot, well lite parking area and our assigned spot was close to the door. No noise from unit above us so sleeping in was easy. VERY close to shopping, coffee shop and freeway access for getting around. I definitely recommend.

Summary: My guests and myself absolutely loved this condo. I had stayed here with two girlfriends before on a our annual Fair and concert getaway. This year it was family for the fair. No one had ever even heard of VRBO. They thought the prices were amazing. I think you will be getting new customers. The Host Stacey was wonderful to work with, very nice and extremely accomadating. Thank you so much VRBO.

Summary: We all were so impressed with this place! It was beautiful, clean, stocked with everything we needed and more. We brought towels, some cookware, paper towels and others vitals. We didn’t need any our stuff!!! Kids loved the pool! We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Boise!!
