Positive: It is the best rental that we have stayed in. The price was very good. The neighbours were very friendly. As I stayed there alone with my dog, I felt very secure as it has an electric gate entrance. I would definitely stay there again. The property and all the decor inside was fresh and new. The view of the Pendal hillside was glorious in the mornings. Dog walking great. The little shop Millies serves wonderful ice creams and lunches. The walk to Stonehurst is always worth a walk.

Negative: Couldn't go into the garden with my dog but that wasn't a big problem. The toilets are all up stairs x3. Nothing to complian about. It was luxurious

Positive: The owner Judi was quick at responding to any questions I had,I recieved a text on the day to say we could check in an hour earlier as it would be ready, I asked if possible to check out later which initially couldn't happen due to cleaners having to come for other bookings , but then recieved a text the following day to say they could accommodate, allowing a couple of hours extra which really helped us . The cottage itself is beautiful and very nicely decorated and spacious with 3 bathrooms, which was a bonus for us. It was a great location for the wedding we attended at Hobbit Hill. Close to everything in the village, local pub and cafe.

Positive: Beautifully decorated with excellent amenities. Super close to Stonyhurst College so great for visitors. Judy was very helpful and easy to contact. And the view from the balcony is stunning.

Positive: Lovely and quiet plenty of room and amazing views over the Ribble Valley! Everything we needed as a family was in the property! Great location too!

Negative: Really picky but TV’s in the bedrooms would have been great (brought children’s from home)

Summary: Fantastic value for money, clean spacious secure and comfy! Can’t go wrong staying here!
