Beautiful townhouse with panoramic view overlooking Holiday Valley Golf and Ski Resort. This vacation home is conveniently located steps away from Holiday Valley and a short drive from Holimont and the village of Ellicottville, NY. Great distribution of space with large open living rooms located on 2/3 floors to provide ample space for a large group. 3 floor, four bedroom, three bath townhouse is set up for comfort with multiple beds and baths to accommodate a large group for a weekend getaway or a family for a longer stay. 2 outdoor spaces including a upper deck and patio. All new appliances in kitchen and laundry.
Please contact me for parties of ten or more, the unit next door is owned by our friends. Aprés-Ski: The first floor offers a walkout sliding glass door for easy access when coming off the slopes. Complete with a bar and large couches, as well as a full bathroom, this space is inviting and comfortable for after skiing.The Kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher, and fully stocked with cookware, plates/utensils. Extra small appliances include a crock pot, coffee maker and more. TV/Cable on all 3 floors, wireless internet available.

Summary: This home is just beautiful and absolutely perfect for a gathering of family/friends. The host, Sasha, was so very helpful and really fast in responding to any questions! I would absolutely recommend this great place for anyone looking to ski in the winter, or engage in any of the summer activities available at holiday valley. We love it! Thanks!

Summary: The townhouse was across from Holiday Valley for a wine event we were attending. Our group of 10 fit perfectly in the home. The home was very clean, cute and comfortable with an amazing view off of the balcony. Our host Sasha was amazing. She kept me updated and informed on the home and even was able to accommodate early check in for us! I will definetly be staying again
