Summary: This property was stunning the minute you walk through the door. The kitchen has tons of empty cupboards and space to put your groceries away. Also has everything you need to make meals for the week. There is a ton of bedrooms for everyone to be comfortable. We do wish that it had king size beds especially since the bedrooms have more than enough room. Also maybe some black out curtains as it gets very bright in the mornings. The dock is the best dock we have seen in 11 years of staying on lakes. It is very stable and clean and tons of room to sit out by the water. We also enjoyed the grass area by the lake to relax and visit. The water was also warm this year which I always love! Unfortunately the hot tub was not working and there was a note left that they would be out to fix it but that did not happen. We were very disappointed with the lack of transparency with this issue as we seen that the week prior also had no working hot tub. We pick our vacation homes based on having a hot tub. It was very disappointing. Overall, we would come back here as the home is large and had lots of privacy and we loved the dock and location.

Summary: We had 18 people, so beds and bathrooms were a priority. We had plenty of room to spread out. Two decks, game room, well stocked kitchen, and a great dock for fishing and swimming. Only negative was a non working hot tub. Jerry had to get parts to repair it and couldn't get them in in time for our stay.

Summary: I had a large family gathering for my birthday. The numerous bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderful for giving each couple and family the space they needed to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare meals. We rented a pontoon and the dock was wonderful for picking people up. Plenty of room for parking the numerous rental cars. Wonderful washer and dryer for doing laundry. There were a few issues, however. There was some junk in the front yard which definitely affects your first impression of the property. There were some areas in the house which had not been dusted. The dishwasher was very old and we had to wash most loads a 2nd time to get them clean. Overall, the good outweighed the nuisances and I would recommend this property.

Summary: Great space for our family of 15. Space to be together and spaces to be apart. Great for water activities as we are very outdoor and water oriented. Did enjoy the gates and amenities for our youngest (a 1-year-old)

Summary: Family gathering. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. House was beautifully situated on the lake with the the high peaks of the Mission range on the other side of the lake. House was well equipped. Lots of room for the 5 cars and boat trailer we had. Glacier National Park was an easy drive and was spectacular! Lake level was low but we were still able to tie up to the dock. The week flew by. We all (16 of us) had a great time!

Summary: This home was a perfect treat for our Friends and Family trip of 14 people with room to spare. With beautiful views to a dock to pull our boat up to this home and it all. Thank you for allowing us to create memories that our families will cherish and never forget.

Summary: We spent a week at this property with extended family. There was plenty of room to accommodate 17 of all ages. If we were not at Glacier National Park, most of our time was spent on deck enjoying the beautiful view or down on the dock. Flathead Lake is amazing!! Be sure to sit out back and observe the stars. The kitchen is well appointed and the additional refrigerator on the lower level held all of our beverages, allowing for plenty of room in the upstairs kitchen. We had a deer visit every evening to drink and snack down by the lake. Our host, Jerry, was very responsive to any questions we had as our vacation approached. The drive to the house can be a bit tricky, especially if arriving at night. Slow down as you approach so you don't miss the turn. Would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing family gathering.

Summary: The property was wonderful-large open spaces, bright & airy; beautiful views of the Flathead Lake & Mission Mountains. The decks & dock were our favorite spots-a great place to swim and capturing the sunrise and sunsets. We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion there and the owner, Jerry was prompt & efficient with any questions or requests.
