- Be aware that one bedroom is located in a loft. To get to the loft, there is a thin, spiral staircase. Although there is some railing, it is minimal and therefore can be difficult to navigate, especially with suitcases. Please be mindful. *The staircase has 28” wide steps. If you prefer not to use the spiral staircase, the main floor bedroom is recommended.
- Please ensure all guests are accounted for within your reservation. We DO NOT allow anyone that is not accounted for onto the property, even if they do not plan to stay the night. Unannounced guests will result in a $100 per guest, per night, charge to your account AND you will need to vacate immediately. Review the listing carefully to ensure all of your guests will be comfortable.
-The trash and recycle will need to be taken to the curb on MONDAY. We are happy to move the bins if you prefer. Please do not place bins on the curb early, as this can result in a city citation.
- The cabin has a Take One, Leave One library; feel free to bring a book you’re finished reading and trade out for one of ours. Of course, this means there may be all sorts of books on our shelves, which may not represent the opinions or values of your host. If you see something you find offensive or inappropriate, please tuck it away and let us know.
- The heat/AC is controlled by mini-split wall units (one in each bedroom and one in the living room). For AC, please select the mode to snow icon on the remote; for heat, please set the mode to the sun icon. If there is an E01/2 code, ensure all 3 units are on the same setting (snow or son), as the units cannot run in opposition, then reset all units by flipping the electric breaker in the kitchen for 10 seconds. This will reset and refresh the mini-splits.
