Summary: If not for the neighborhood Karen immediately calling in a noise complaint in the middle of the day and accusing us of ‘partying’ when there was no loud music or extra curricular activity, it would have been perfect. Rick, our concierge was accommodating and responsive. We just felt like we had to look over our shoulder as if we were a bunch of young kids up to buffoonery when it was just a group of guys in their mid-30s to early 50s enjoying each other’s company. The one other complaint would be that we paid a significant cost to have the pool heated but it never really heated to anywhere near the temperature we expected. Aside from that, beautiful home, wonderful accommodations and great host. We understand the leasing company can’t control people in the neighborhood who probably don’t want short term rentals there. It just took away from the experience. What a great property though.
