About this space:
You will love how centrally located this apartment is to all that downtown has to offer and the St. Louis area! Very short walk to Lafayette Park. Close to Union Station, Blues games, Cardinal games, The St Louis Wheel, all of the museums and Zoo, Aquarium and so much more! Amazing kitchen for all you chefs! New mattresses! Gas fireplace!
The space:
Main floor has a nice open living room with a gas fireplace, dining area, large kitchen and half bath. Beautiful large kitchen for all of your cooking needs! Downstairs you will find two nice size bedrooms with 1 king size bed and 1 queen size bed with new mattresses, bathroom and laundry room.
Guest access:
This unit is in the back of the building. There is one off street parking space in back just steps from the unit. There is also street parking in front of the building. Self Check in.
Other things to note:
We will provide:
K cups, variety of coffee, hot chocolate, variety of tea, sugar and creamers.
Some laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, soap of all kinds, shampoo and conditioner. We will also provide some pampering type items like bath bombs and bubble bath.
Some books and games.
If you have any special request for specific items in the unit please let me know as we may be able to accommodate.
I can offer a romantic package, birthday or any other special occasion at any time. Either fresh flowers, wood flower arrangement, champagne, chocolate etc. I can also arrange for massages in the condo. Birthday, or whatever you may be celebrating, decorations, cake and St. Louis traditions. Please reach out for pricing.
Absolutely no partying or over the 4 person maximum occupancy at any time. Please reach out if you would ever have more than 4 persons at the property to see if we can make any exceptions. We do have exterior cameras to monitor this situation. No smoking of any kind. Cigarettes, ecigs or 420. No firearms or any illegal activity of any kind. I have a zero tolerance mentality with this, if any of this rules are broken you will be asked to leave immediately and you will be charged the deposit. If there are extra guest, over the 4 maximum, there is a $50 charge per person.
Please note:
Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed. If you leave the dogs when you leave please crate the dogs. If the dogs are prone to barking if you leave then please do not leave them alone. If the dogs are prone to barking any time then this unit is not a good fit as there are other tenants in the building and the barking would disturb them. Dog fee is $25 a stay per dog. Once booked I can adjust this fee.
I require a $500 refundable damage deposit.
Since the unit is conveniently located to the highway there is minimal highway noise. We have taken measures to minimize the noise level. The building next door is being renovated so this building doesn't look as nice yet as all of the others.

Summary: A private, spacious, hideaway in a great part of St. Louis! My friend and I spent a weekend here relaxing and soaking up some of what the city had to offer. This was a GREAT place to come home to every night - roomy, warm, stocked with what we needed. Communication was great with the owner and we really felt taken care of. Would 100% stay here again!

Summary: This location was so convenient to what we wanted to do in STL-Zoo, museum and Blues game! The home was clean and cozy and definitely better than staying in a hotel. We were even able to prepare /heat up a few meals. Thank you Jamie for the home away from home!

Summary: My wife and I traveled to St Louis to visit our son and meet members of our sons and daughters families to enjoy the Octoberfest. We chose our stay based on its close proximity to the Soulard Octoberfest which was just blocks away from our son’s home. We thoroughly enjoyed the VRBO and plan to make this event a yearly family get together.

Summary: Most properties have downsides. My 3 properties are in not order Cleanliness Comfortable bed Cool A/C This place checks all of those. Highway noise is a problem, pack a sound machine! They provide earplugs! And if you are over 6’ the short shower is challenging.

Summary: After several weeks of searching, reading hundreds of reviews, and asking my StL native friends about locations, we settled on this property. We have 2 kids ages 4 and 7. The description is accurate. There is highway noise. But, it wasn’t bothersome. We travel with a fan and white noise for the kids and the manager provided a couple other noise machines. The off street parking was perfect. Location was great being so close to Lafayette Park and the highway. Felt safe and so convenient to get anywhere we wanted to visit. The property manager was very accommodating. I contacted them prior to booking regarding a couple of needs that were keeping me from being completely sold. They immediately said they would take care of those needs. Great customer service! Things we loved: blackout curtains in the bedrooms, extra amenities like paper towels, trash bags, TP, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, even a Brita water filter pitcher already filled in the refrigerator, and books and games for my kids. Really, the only thing that we weren’t pleased with was cleanliness. It was surface clean. But there was stuck on food on the kitchen counters and there was heavy dust in the corners, under the beds and on the air purifiers, and the floors hadn’t been mopped as my kids had black feet within the first few minutes. It was to the point of trigger sneezing and coughing for all of us. The location and customer service made up for the cleanliness.
