Summary: Property was clean, safe and exactly as described in the lisitng. Loved that there was security so you know that you're safe as well as individula parking, right in front your door. The pools, bbq area and basketball courts were nice amenities. Property wasn't too far from Pradera Conception (mall nearby) with food and shopping. Grocery store/Walmart was also like 30 mins away, not bad. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, loved the property and really apprecaite the communication between myself and the host. He was honest and transperent the entire time and even tried to assist and give suggestions beyond just the stay, but to make my overall trip better. If you're visiting Guatemala, stay here.
