Summary: The apartment was perfect for us. Roomy, comfortable, clean, located perfectly downtown ! And the view was an ever changing city landscape « painting »!!! The owners were friendly and helpful!! If we go back to Toulouse we will seek out this apartment first!!!

Summary: The owners, Sam and Sylvie, offer you an excellent, secure accommodation in center city with easy access on foot to all necessary shops and public transportation. The apartment is well air-conditioned for those very warm Toulouse summer days. It is also very well equipped with all you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The living room and the entire flat are furnished with beautiful art and antiques. There is a fine distance view of old Toulouse from the living room window and from the enjoyable catwalk one takes to access the apartment from the elevator. A smart TV rounds out the package. Sam and Sylvie were not only charming hosts but very helpful upon our arrival with all manner of problems. They were even there to greet us upon arrival. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation to all visitors to Toulouse and would gladly return if we were not ourselves relocating to The Rose City.

Summary: Stayed here for the Rugby World Cup; great location, great place on the top floor of the building with panoramic views. Hosts were so helpful, we want to come again just to party together! Sylvie was very responsive, and Sam did many extras to make sure we got in and out of the property OK. Would definitely book here for our next trip!

Summary: The host was gracious and was waiting to receive us in the apartment when we arrived. The location is excellent, convenient and safe. The beds are comfortable. The second bedroom could do with some vacuuming. The toilet seat needed to be tightened. This apartment is on the top floor and the view of the pink city was lovely. We should have used the aircon but we preferred open windows so I guess the mosquitos had a field day on me. Thank you Sylvie and David.

Summary: The property owners helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the apartment and its location. If I were to be in Toulouse again I would try to stay again. It was a very pleasant visit to a beautiful city.

Summary: Proximity to Place St. George (our favorite for drinks and food), the views of Toulouse (including greenery) from both sides of the apartment, the antique furniture and art along with the unique catwalk from the elevator make this place special and well-worth the stay. The windows are double glaze vinyl, function well and shut out the sounds of the city. Roll-up shutters block the light. There are remote control wall-mounted air conditioners in every room. There is a super market across the street. For an additional sense of security, building access requires a fob. On top of all that, the hosts were very nice and met us for check-in and check-out. We would most defintely seek this place out when we visit Toulouse again. This truly is a rare find.
