Summary: 13 ladies spent a very nice, relaxing weekend at these properties. Sean was quick to respond to an initial snafu upon arrival and got us access promptly. After that, everything was great. Lake Palestine and these properties are beautiful. Fall Flingers

Summary: We booked the cottages for our annual lake trip. The location is perfect with amazing views, water access for boating, fishing, and swimming. Plenty of shade for relaxing and watching the sunset. Each cottage is decorated beautifully, stocked with kitchenware and well maintained. By far the best communications from the owner that I have experienced with any rental over the years.

Summary: The location of the property is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was a very peaceful and relaxing experience for us. The view from the property is magnificent and we enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning and evening. We did some fishing from the dock and caught several fair sized fish. It's a relatively short drive into Tyler where we found numerous delicious restaurants. I'll add we all found the beds to be very comfortable.

Summary: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and our experience with the owner! Our family (parents, teenagers and grandmother) visited this exquisite property last week and we had the most lovely, relaxing vacation! There are three adorable and well-appointed cottages on the property which was perfect for our family giving us both privacy in our cottages and togetherness in the vast yard complete with fire pit and firewood. The view from each of the cottages is breathtaking especially at sunset which is viewed beautifully off the the shady back porch or from one of the docks. We canoed, paddleboarded, kayaked and fished (all equipment was provided) at our leisure and the owner even came to us to give us additional life jackets to use which was really nice. We cooked most meals in and the kitchens were all stocked with the essentials which made cooking a breeze. Each cabin is air conditioned and decorated beautifully. This is a wonderful retreat for a family or group of friends!
