Summary: This property was in a perfect location. Steps away from the train and lots of good restaurants and hangouts. Definitely enjoyed this artsy area of Philly. Matt was super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this stay for a trip to Philadelphia!

Summary: We stayed here with family and had plenty of space for everyone. The back patio was a highlight—perfect for relaxing together, especially with the brand-new, clean grill that made cooking outside easy and enjoyable. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable.It’s clear the home gets a lot of use, especially being so close to the sports venues, so while it wasn’t in perfect condition, it was well-appointed and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, very walkable, and it was super easy to grab a Lyft when we needed one. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Great location! Can access public transportation, walk or ride share to most Philadelphia tourist locations. House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of towels and extra blankets.

Summary: We stayed in property with a group of friends. Perfect spot for us, parking garage a few blocks away, convenient to center city. Property manager was responsive to our minor issues and questions. Unit was clean and functional for what we needed. It was a quiet street and neighborhood even though it was close to Broad Street

Summary: This could be a very nice place, but it needs work. It sleeps 8, but only seats 4 in the main room; some of the towels belong in the rag bin; there is no place to hang clothes in most of the bedrooms; Crave k-cups are probably the worst coffee I have had and there were only 3 coffee mugs. The location is very convenient and quiet.
