Summary: We will definitely be back! House was large enough and the set up was accommodating for 6 adults, two 3 year olds and an infant. Richard was always available for any questions and gave great recommendations on things to do.

Summary: As many others have mentioned the owner has the best communication I have ever experienced as a vacation property renter. He is helpful with things about the house as well as info on local spots to hit while you are in town. You get to feel like you are isolated while being only 10-15 mins from all the stores and restaurants you could want. The house is beautiful and very clean. And the river is literally right there! It’s great for playing in it or sipping coffee on the deck and just admiring it. My family and my brothers family stayed here together with plenty of room for us. If you are on the fence at all… I highly suggest renting this place!
