As soon as you step inside the elegantly designed home, you'll feel yourself relaxing. The bright and open floor plan has incredible natural light and amazing canal views! No matter where you are in the home, you're never far from your loved ones. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essentials needed to cook anything from gourmet meals to share in the dining room to quick snacks to take with you on your adventures! The dining room seats a crowd with extra seating at the kitchen island. The living room has an overstuffed sectional sofa around a large flat-screen TV, perfect for playing board games or snuggling up at the end of your long day of Rockport adventures. Guests can take advantage of a full separate living space complete with a kitchenette, living room and dining room.
Slip onto the covered patio or sunny balcony each evening to watch the sunset with a cool drink in your hand, then turn in for the night in any one of the five well-appointed and comfortable bedrooms! Each bedroom features soothing décor, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and plenty of storage space. There are two primary bedrooms in this home, the first primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet. The second primary bedroom is located downstairs with a King-sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are located downstairs, both with 1 queen-sized bed in each room, they share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom. The fifth bedroom, located upstairs, has a full-sized bed and a half bath is located across the hall.
