Enjoy this quaint and charming Tampa guest house with fun outdoor vibes and a beautiful pool to relax in. This suite is a separate unit from the main house. It is located in the back by the pool with a private entrance and free parking for 1 vehicle. It is centrally located and within minutes from Downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, Harbour Island, International Mall, Ybor City, etc. This is the perfect spot to stay in for a Bucs game, events, or concerts, as it is within walking distance to the stadium!
You will be able to park 1 vehicle in the driveway. You will have your own private entrance to the guest house, located in the backyard by the pool. You are welcome to use the pool, grill, fire pit, washer / dryer. Please note, other guests may be occupying the main house and will have access to the backyard amenities, as well.
-- No smoking inside the house at any point.
-- Only registered guests may be on the premises at any time (2 Max).
-- No more than 1 vehicles at any point, and cars must be parked in the driveway (left side) / on street.
-- The pet fee must be paid prior to your stay. All pets must be house trained and well behaved. Pets must be leashed outside at all times. Please pick up pet wastes from the yard and dispose, immediately.
-- Parties of any kind are not permitted at the house.
-- Turn AC to 78 degrees and lock all doors before you leave the home.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of the reservation and forfeiture of all funds.

Summary: Could not have been more pleased! The property was exactly as described. Wonderful quiet neighborhood walking distance to the Stadium. The space was immaculately clean, and had all the essentials Including a very comfortable bed. The outdoor area was so nice- pool, hot tub (too bad it was too hot outside to want to use it!) fire pit and grill. We enjoyed our stay and would 100% come back when we are in the Tampa area again.

Summary: Just as described, comfortable and shared backyard space. We were there 4 days and met some nice people. The only issue I would warn of is being covered in pet hair from the sofa so we took the blanket and covered the couch issue solved. Also beware they put a 400 hold on your listed card and I didn’t see that anywhere in the booking.

Summary: 5-Star Stay – Perfect for a Relaxing Getaway!My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location was fantastic—close to shopping, restaurants, and plenty of activities, making it easy to explore the area. The home itself was very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for both of us. We especially loved that we could bring our dog along, which made the trip even better.While we didn’t use them, it was great knowing we had access to the pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and just as described. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and pet-friendly getaway!
