Our Lodge is located on over 34 acres of breathtaking real estate located in beautiful Leroy Ohio. The cabin is 6,200 sq ft in size (between main house and party room) and although there are too many amenities to list here, some include the signature 14ft waterfall, custom chefs kitchen, handmade furniture, pool and hot tub, two giant ponds (one is a swimming pond), a pavilion with two story fireplace, another pavilion located off the bonus room, an outdoor firepit, arcade games, ping pong, hiking trails, catch and release fishing, etc.

Summary: Had a great week at Kodiak Falls. We were a family of 10 (6 adults & 4 kids). The house was nice, large & very clean. Had tons of fun fishing with the grandkids and watching them swim. The property grounds are quite large and kept immaculate. Another great thing - Lake Erie is a short drive away. We went to Fairpoint Beach twice which was also a very fun time. Thank you to Julie and Gino.

Summary: Our family tries to get together at least once a year. For the past few decades, we would head down to South Carolina, which is an approximate 12-hour drive for all of us. We were looking for a place that could take our family of 13 that was reasonably close to our home on the west side of Cleveland. We came across this listing and gave it a try. Everything that is listed in the description of this property is accurate. We spent hours in the large swimming pond, along with the above ground pool. Each family took turns preparing meals for the day. In the evening, we sat around the large kitchen table and played games. The best part about all of this is that it was within an hour of where we live. The home is situated on 34 acres. Each day we took leisurely walks around the property to get our steps in. We took day trips around the Amish country, along with visiting other venues that were easily reachable. This was one of the most refreshing vacations that we ever had. We will be back again.

Summary: Beautiful property. Just as advertised and very clean. Host was very responsive with any question we ask. Our grandkids had a blast in the swimming pond. If you enjoy hiking there are multiple places nearby.

Summary: The lodge was a perfect location for us to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. While it is located just a short drive from Lake Erie and several local wineries, we rarely found the need to venture out as the amenities at the lodge were more than sufficient to entertain us for our entire stay. We enjoyed the serenity of the fish pond, water fall, swimming pond, and the large well manicured field as well as the walking trails. The lodge is also very accessible for wheel chairs with a ramp leading right to the master suite. We really enjoyed our stay at Kodiak Falls Lodge and will absolutely stay here again.

Summary: This was the second time I’ve stayed at this property in the last five years. My friends and I go on golf trips every year and we like to stay in a big house rather than hotels. This house was perfect for that. My group was extremely pleased with these accommodations and complimented the house and property all weekend. There are plenty of beds and bedrooms. The house and property are exactly as described and seen in photos. Clean, quiet, and plenty of room to roam around inside and out. The garage area is a bonus. We spent a lot of time out there playing shuffleboard and ping pong. The owners are fantastic. They called me a few days before to make sure I was all set for check in and to see if I had any questions. The house is also located very close to a lot of golf courses. If you have a big group and need a place to stay in an area that doesn’t have a lot of options for large groups, you can’t go wrong with Kodiak Falls Lodge. We will book again when we come back to the Cleveland area for golf.

Summary: This was our third stay at Kodiak Falls and we love everything about it. Everyone from the kids to the grandparents had a great time. You have your own private beach, pool and hot tub. Kids loved the games in the pool house and it's a great place for a family reunion. Owners and maintenance staff were all so friendly and accommodating. It's our favorite place to stay!

Summary: Our extended family (ages 6-months to 82 years old) just completed a fun-filled vacation at Kodiak Falls Lodge and found the property offered something for everyone! First, the check-in process and overall communication with Julie was seamless and easy. She was very accommodating and responsive prior to, and during our stay, and quickly answered any questions we had. The home is large and roomy and gave everyone their private space. The pool and pool house were a big hit as the kids swam, we played the commercial shuffleboard game for hours while catching the baseball game on the mounted TV. Our your Granddaughters loved to play in the sand at the lake with the beach and that became one of the kids favorite spots during our stay. Overall, this is a beautiful property, with plenty of space and things to do! Thank You Julie for helping make our vacation thoroughly enjoyable!
