Watch your step for dangerous drop-offs, wildlife, etc when exploring- Due to the rural location, WiFi is limited- The jetted tub needs maintenance and is currently unavailable- Most of the property is primarily accessible by 4WD or AWD- A boat slip is available at the Fairfield Bay Marina for an additional fee, paid to the marina. It is $20 per night for a covered boat slip and $15 per night for an uncovered boat slip- Fishing boat, canoe, and kayak rentals are available for an additional fee of $60 per day per boat, paid to the Guest Contact.
