Get away for the weekend (or longer!) in this wonderful little house. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with your friends and family, and a nice 50" Smart TV makes for great down time to help you unwind! Take a 10 minute drive up to Megastar Casino, or to Juniper Point, the Texas State Line Monument, or just walk around the quiet neighborhood and enjoy the peace and quiet.
The Space:
This house has all the essentials you'll need to enjoy a quiet getaway. In the master bedroom you have a king bed with premium bedding and a nice plush duvet. There's a dresser for you to store your clothes as well as a large capacity washer and dryer for you to use (detergent, bleach, etc. is complimentary!). The kitchen has all the basics to prepare meals for your family, a full size fridge, complimentary coffee bar, some water bottles, and a bistro dining set and bar seating. The driveway has covered space for two cars and room for a small boat. There's some street parking that you'd also be able to fit larger boats or even an RV.

Summary: All the basics- clean, good A/C, good location, basic dishes and silverware, bed in master bedroom was okay, TV work fine, but would not shut off until I unplugged it. Needs some repairs: Garbage disposal- shut down Toilet paper holder broken when we arrived. Toilet paper was just sitting on the floor beside the toilet. Almost no lights in the kitchen and living room. The can lights in the ceiling do not work.

Summary: Stayed here for the first time during Memorial Day Weekend to spend time with family at Lake Texoma (Sheppard AF Recreation Annex) - was about 15 min away. This place was very clean, and decorate nicely! We were supposed to have 2 other guests with us but they couldn’t make it so there was a lot of room. The beds were VERY comfortable. There is a king bed in one room (also has a washer & dryer if you need to use it), I believe a queen in the other, and in the 3rd bedroom there is a nice futon couch (it looked nice to sleep on as well - perfect for kids or 1 adult). The deck out back was relaxing to sit on in the evenings. I’m very surprised how great this place was & will 100% be staying here again on my next visit to Lake Texoma.
