Summary: This house has plenty of room to host a family gathering meal for 14 people. Everyone was comfortable. However, bring extra plates and utensils. I chose this location because my dog was allowed and there is a fenced backyard! A big plus!

Summary: We love this house, location, price, and all it offers. We meet there with daughter and her family to have our late Christmas gift exchange and bring in the new year. Second time staying here and look forward to future stays. The host was great. No complaints from us. Definitely recommend this house and/or host.

Summary: The online pictures were accurate about the space and surrounding area. Great for my family of five with 3 kids; 20, 17, and 14. We enjoyed the large TV with ample seating along with the large kitchen and table that was great for playing board and card games.

Summary: Great location. Very clean. Wifi was fast. Quiet area. Nice yard and garage for your vehicles. Easy access. Host was excellent and replied quickly to all our questions. We would definitively stay again.

Summary: We came to town for our stepdads surgery to remove cancer from his body. I wanted to find somewhere nice and comfortable for us including him to relax and sleep after a very long day at the hospital and this home was perfect. Very clean, comfortable, and in a great neighborhood. The host was very friendly and responsive and the check in/check out process was very simple. We will definitely look into renting this home when we visit Lubbock again, thanks so much Travis!

Summary: Clean, fantastic property for family visit in Lubbock. Well configured and supplied. Made for a great stay with grandparents and allowed some family to come visit and have a dinner together. Close by anything you need for restaurants or shopping/supplies just down the road.
