This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom ocean view Penthouse Suite with balcony features a primary bedroom with king-size bed, 49-inch flat-panel HDTV and spa-like bathroom with a sleek shower, a deep soaking freestanding tub with ocean views, private water closet with bidet seat, and elegant vanity area with dual sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with one king-size bed, 49-inch flat-panel HDTV and bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with two double beds, 49-inch flat-panel HDTV and bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers are found in both bedrooms. The suite also features a spacious living room with separate formal dining area, 65-inch flat-panel HD TV and queen-size sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, teapot set with cups, microwave and washer/dryer. Additional upgrades found exclusively in the Penthouse Suites are hardwood floors, an instant hot water dispenser, high-end GE Monogram kitchen appliances and a TV in the dining room. All televisions feature HGV's In-Room TV Experience, which allows casting and mirroring of content from smart devices directly onto the TV.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
