The Space:
Make your way up the charming porch steps and enter via the keyless smart lock and be greeted with a sun-filled home away from home with traditional eclectic furnishings blended with modern luxuries and conveniences.
LIVING AREA
The generous living area is filled with plush linen sofas that surround the decorative fireplace and antique TV cabinet that houses a large HD Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps. Pull out a puzzle from under the coffee table and spend a lazy afternoon putting it all together.
KITCHEN & DINING
Step through into the kitchen that comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up pancakes in the morning to a 3 course meal at night. There is a double door fridge/freezer with a filtered water and ice dispenser, a freestanding oven with a stovetop, a built-in microwave and a dishwasher to take care of all the cleaning up for you.

The house is located within the South Grand neighborhood with vibrant cafes and restaurants, as well as a comic bookstore, antique shops, and clothing boutiques. Just one block south from the stunning Victorian Tower Grove Park with a must visit Farmers' Market and tennis courts.
South Grand has a flavor all its own where you can travel around the world with unique stores and eclectic shops to a huge array of ethnic restaurants covering more countries than Epcot with Turkish kebabs, Vietnamese pho, Ethiopian injera and Thai papaya salad – just to name a few. In addition to offering a veritable trip around the globe, the neighborhood also boasts some of the city's best vegan and vegetarian restaurants, including barbecue jackfruit tacos and New York-style slices made with cashew cheese.
