Summary: We brought our boat and explored the Rhode River for the first time. Spent a lot of time at flat island tubing, wakeboarding, and anchoring up on the island. We also spent a lot of time just sitting on the boat at the end of the dock enjoying the tranquility.

Summary: This is a wonderful spot with a great dock - perfect if you are bringing a boat. Eric could not be more accommodating and helpful and he took care of a few things we asked him to help with right away. He's a great host, and this is a wonderful water location close to lots of amenities.

Summary: This is a beautiful property, surrounded by trees and overlooking the water. It was clean and fairly well equipped. Readers in our group said it would have been nice to have bedside tables and lamps for reading. There were several restaurants nearby. There were a few minor maintenance issues that the owner is addressing. The house has three levels, with lots of stairs and would not be good for older people or people with disabilities.

Summary: We had a wonderful time -- the water views were spectacular and sitting on the dock was serene. We watched the osprey in their nest and fishing -- and we saw a bald eagle, bunnies, mallards, cormorants, and more. We found our zen. And the host was incredibly responsive, and helpful. We had such a good time, we're already planning on coming back.

Summary: We spent a long weekend together to get away from the pandemic and politics! The view is spectacular and the space was perfect for the eight of us. The weather was mild enough for long walks and plenty of fresh air. We hope to return in warmer weather.
