This is a updated historic home. It is just blocks from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths.
It has been totally updated with granite and marble counters and stainless appliances. It has updated baths with a walk-in glass shower. It has a fully equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds. There is free wifi and premium stations on Directv. As well as a full size washing machine and Dryer.There is a screened in front porch and a New Orleans style courtyard for relaxing or grilling in the afternoon.
We are centrally located 2 miles from downtown, restaurants, golf courses, fishing, watersports, casinos.
We offer free high speed internet.
The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you may need such as coffee pot, blender, pots, pans, utensils, ironing board and iron are provided also. You don't have to bring anything!
The dining room seats 6 with 2 at the eat in bar.
The master has a comfortable king size bed with flatscreen tv. The master bath has a shower and a bath.
Guest room 1 has a comfortable queen bed with flat screen T.V. and DVD.
Guest room 2 has a comfortable queen bed with flat screen T.V. and DVD.
There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
We have a beautifully landscaped courtyard for relaxing with a picnic table for grilling and eating outdoors.

Summary: I walked to the beach almost daily, less than 5 minute walk! Wonderful! The house is in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors,best of all close to the beach! It’s a clean and beautiful home. Sundi was quick to reply and respond to any questions. Would be happy to go back!

Summary: This property was better than described. Super clean, very close to the beach and places to eat and hang out. Neighbors super nice. Very large kitchen that is fully stocked with everything. Beds are super comfortable. It has a nice back patio to sit and relax and a screened in front porch for when it is raining. We stayed a month and will definitely be back. Sundi is an excellent hostess - she responds right away to any questions or concerns and with helpful info. Could not be happier!

Summary: Very Adorable house but a few suggestions: backyard needs a light outside for night time, water pressure for bathroom sinks needs to be increased, and not enough Netflix accounts for all TV's to be watching at the same time. Overall we enjoyed our stay and owner was very accommodating for us.

Summary: Cute house with great location. This dog friendly property had everything we needed for our vacation. It’s close to the beach, marina, casinos and more. The beds were very comfortable and we also enjoyed the screened in porch. Sundi was a great host and easy to contact.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming house near the beach. The owner Sundi was as accommodating as could be and very kind and thoughtful. The rental was clean upon arrival, the beds were very comfortable and the house is in a neighborhood that was very quiet so we could sleep in. Easy check in and check it out and we basically had everything we needed for our two week vacation I would definitely recommend this rental. The air conditioning worked great which is important in the summer heat. We appreciated televisions in every room and overall really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. We would definitely rent again !!! Thanks Sundi!
