Positive: It was a very cozy home with everything my family and I needed. Bus stops are 6mins from the house, which was very helpful. As well to a shopping centre with cafes, grocery stores, etc.

Positive: Short walk to local mall, a little further to Narwee station which was still easy enough to walk to each day to get the train into the city. Really quiet location considering close proximity to main roads and motorway. Felt safe walking back from station later at night too. House is fantastic, really responsive host, great communication. Will certainly book again if we're ever over here again.

Positive: Our stay here was very pleasant for me and my family! The property owner was also very kind and hospitable throughout. The positives: - Clean facilities - Washer/Dryer was a plus - Plenty of towels, pillows, and bedding - Fully-kitted kitchen (knives, cutlery, plateware, stove, pots, pans, etc.) - Nice large refridgerator - Very convenient to get to the Roseland Shopping Center (Centre?) for groceries and other necessities - We rented a car during our stay, so I'm not too familiar with the train stations, but it is only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Sydney.
Negative: I think my only gripe was that we weren't able to take full advantage of the covered car park since we couldn't get the door opened all the way. It seems like the door was stuck on something in sliding it open, but I didn't really fuss too much over it since we didn't have any trouble parking on the street in front of the property.

Negative: Having a price list for damaged put us off from using anything provided in the property. Having to reduce noise after 9pm when our group is on a holiday trip put us off so we had to be aware of what we did to avoid a complaint. Which we did get one saying we were partying but we were only sitting and talking outside. I felt really uncomfortable that there was a security camera facing direct at the swimming pool so we didn’t use it as we are a group of females it felt like we didn’t have any privacy Other than that the area was close by to were we needed to get too. Enjoyed our trip regardless.
