Summary: The location was great for our needs. The biggest disappointment was that the shower did not work at all. I emailed the owner through the VRBO portal several times and never received any response at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you hope to have a working shower or a responsive owner.

Summary: This is no-frills yet has-everything-you-need kind of a place. We stayed there for three weeks while we had some home renovations and were so glad it would allow for our little dog and special-needs son. It met our needs well!

Summary: Everything was adequate, but by no means dazzling. For the most part it was quite clean, however the housekeeper missed the inner window sills and between the love seat cushions. There were some dysfunctional things, but nobody said it was a 4 star place.

Summary: The house and property are very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no Sandy Beach for the kids as the pictures show but the neighbors are very awesome and let us use there's.
