Summary: We have used Chase his location for spending relax times in the sun and at the pool. During the day trips around the south of Florida. We had a great time and enjoyed every bit. Chase is very friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay once again.

Summary: This property is absolutely fantastic, perfect location, clean and on the waterfront. The beds were very comfy, both interior and exterior were very well presented and the home came equipped with everything you need in a vacation rental. The owner Chase was brilliant, always responded super quick to ensure we had any info we needed. Would definitely stay here again, we had a fab week. Highly recommend!

Summary: I just returned home from an amazing 3 month stay. The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet conveniently located to everything (shops, restaurant, golf, bike paths etc.) The beach is no more than a five-minute drive or 20-minutes on foot. As I walked in the front door, I instantly relaxed because I knew I picked the right house. It was clean, easy, well maintained and stock with everything you need. All bedrooms have comfortable beds (1 King, 2 Queens) with soft linens, plenty of closet space, and large Smart TVs affixed to the walls. Having to work while there, I found the Internet extremely reliable and very fast. The living space consisted of a large sectional (very comfy) with an extremely large TV. It was the “perfect spot” for viewing the Superbowl. The kitchen had everything you need and we ate home, using both oven and BBQ every night. The outdoor patio is a big Bonus! There are several chairs and lounges to choose from when reading or relaxing with friends. We spent endless days sitting by the pool. On the dock, I kept a boat that I rented from a local boat shop. However, the most wonderful part of this home is the Host. Chase, is a kind, generous and wonderful human being. He graciously helped us with anything we needed. He responds to text in seconds. Seriously!! Chase was in Egypt at the foot of a pyramid and responded back in seconds. He is all about providing his guests with the best experience he can provide. Thank you, Chase!

Summary: Had a great time in this property. Everything as described. Could not of asked for more. Short walk to supermarkets and restaurants. Beautiful beach close by and the property itself was amazing.

Summary: Our family needed a weekend stay before our cruise ship vacation. This was perfect! Beautiful, all amenities available, close to every thing you could want to do, eat, or play! Chase was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Our family had a great vacation at Chase’s place. The place was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. Chase was quick to respond to any issues and was very quick to fix a few things that were missing and broken so we could enjoy our vacation. The outdoor pool and spa living area is perfect oasis and very relaxing. The home is close to the beach, grocery and pretty much anything you need. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful property better than described. Great neighborhood and easy access to multiple places to eat, fishing and shopping. Great lay out for multi family. You still have lots of privacy even with a big group. Heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing during the cooler weather. The remote for the outdoor t.v stopped working the first day and the owner had multiple ones delivered over night. He was always available and helpful for any little thing we needed. One of the best host I've ever had. I highly recommend staying here. We had so much fun and can't wait to stay there again.
