Positive: The property was in a great spot and really handy to the Manly foreshore . Clean and the beds were very comfortable .
Negative: When we arrived we found the lounge and the dining room chairs were all too wet for us to sit on , so that was quite a nuisance . Also when we turned on the fan on air conditioner at night for a bit of noise in background it was clunking too much to use . No dish cloth in kitchen and some hand towels in bathroom wouldn’t go astray .
Summary: Quite a good stay apart from complaints about smoking in property . We were not doing this , only out on the kerb , whic

Positive: Location, washer/dryer in the property, all one level, air con and fans in each room.
Negative: Ad said acces to garden - we were upstairs and didn't have access, it wasn't stated that we only had the top half of the house. No fly screen in the kitchen window, fly screen coming off in one of the bedroom windows, paint peeling in a bedroom ceiling. Pillows were not good on the beds. Bathroom needs a good deep clean - drains were dirty and lots of dust. A broom to sweep the floors daily would be a good addition as well. No manual for local attractions and how to work appliances.
