Positive: It was very cute and I liked having keyless access
Negative: The bed was too soft, and the apartment isn’t properly insulated due to it being diy. So sound travels alot and it can be disruptive. Some adjustment like an extra fan and a shelf in the shower room would be helpful. Also a light by the sidewalk would help alot!
Summary: It was the bare necessities, but it was clean ans aafe.

Positive: I like that everything about this property. It was clean. It was nice. It was quiet love the style. They got going on inside if it was available for rent, I’ll buy it.
Negative: You have to go up 1 million steps other than that it’s OK

Positive: The unit was very clean and accommodated very well.
Negative: I did not care for the area it was located in. I know that cannot be changed. The parking was not always easy as the street was always packed with cars. The big snow plow in the driveway made it difficult to maneuver luggage and belongings to the back door. Once inside the back door, the only two of the lights on the way up to the 3rd floor loft worked. This made it very difficult to get around when it was dark. The back door outside light didn’t work either. I understand about trying to to keep costs down, but having to turn off A/C whenever I would leave, made it very warm in the loft upon my return each time.
Summary: All in all, it was a clean comfortable place to stay.

Negative: Took forever for the apartment to heat up once I figured out how to turn it on.

Positive: Has all basic necessities for living comfortably. The bed was awesome.
Negative: The steps to the backdoor are loose and pose a danger if you aren’t paying attention. There’s some broken glass and other rubbish throughout the drive way to access the backyard. The neighbor parked some sail boat thing up to the fence and made it difficult to get in and out without having to strain your body to get around it
Summary: Worth it for a solo traveler. Overall would book again for future business stays

Negative: There was a miscommunication with the door access code, which I couldn't access my rented room. I had to rent for an additional hotel room else where just to have a place to stay after a 10 hour drive. It all was resolved following day.
