Included is the fabulous beach, lounge chairs and umbrellas, state of the art gym for adults, spa for adults, waterfalls, pools, exercise classes for adults, beachfront fine dining with 20% off....This spacious residence has a private elevator to it's 4250 square feet of large, and beautifully decorated space. The unit is an entire floor of the building with a private elevator, grand rotunda foyer, large living room, formal dining room,state of the art eat in kitchen with breakfast bar, 3 amazing ensuite bedrooms, powder room, and large laundry room.
The huge master bedroom has a king bed, and sitting area. The luxury master bath has double sinks and shower heads, a jetted tub, vanity area, and private specially equipped toilet room. The two queen bedrooms are ensuite with private baths.There is a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with island, breakfast bar, eat in dinette,and an adjoining family room. There's more.. 3 large flat screen TV's, fine linens and mattresses, a large wrap around terrace, secure building parking, Wifi, large laundry room, and stylish lighting and decor.

Each entire floor of the building is a residence complete with a private elevator and an in-residence dramatic rotunda foyer. The residence is in an area convenient to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, fishing, golfing, theater, major sports arenas and stadiums.
Upscale Design : This residence was originally built to be sold at a price close to 2 million dollars, but with the real estate market being in a recessive state in 2011, we decided to market this property as an upscale vacation rental. You would truly love this property.
When getting off the private elevator in the residence you are greeted with a circular rotunda foyer. The grand salon is large and beautifully decorated . There are nice tropical and ocean views. There is great detail in architectural design with niches, curved highlight walls and great lighting features. There is a large eat in kitchen plus a formal dining room, a breakfast bar and family room too! The master bedroom suite is huge and very comfortable with fine linens and towels. There is a large well appointed master closet and a luxurious contemporary bathroom with private toilet room and special feature Toto toilet. The second and third queen bedrooms also have contemporary high end bathrooms and beautiful built-in closet cabinetry.

Summary: This is a great property to stay if you want to keep the family all in one space but still enjoy the amenities of the JE Marriott resort. The beach is lovely and walking distance.

Summary: We (3 couples) stayed here for a long weekend. The place was clean bun very run down. The floor in the dining room leading out to the terrace was falling in. Although there were two living rooms, there wasn’t a comfortable place for the six of us to sit down and watch tv or just chat. The place was large but sparsely decorated and sparsely appointed in the kitchen.The guest bedrooms were ok but the master bedroom bed was awful. The whole place needs a makeover. Considering what we paid, we were very disappointed.

Summary: This property is beautiful. It’s rare photos on listings match what you get, but this place had a great location and was so clean & cared for. The beach/pool access at the hotel was so perfect and a great incentive to this property.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was clean, very spacious, and in a great location with close proximity to the Marriott pool and the ocean. The icing on the cake was being able to use the club membership at the hotel. We will definitely be back.

Summary: I texted.the property manager at the end of our stay things that probably effect their bottom line. The master toilet wouls not stop running unless you pulled the handle back up, which was not a big deal for us to do, but the kids often forgot. The living area was quite warmbin the morning until about 4 in the afternoon, making the ac run hard. The dryer was not efficient, taking 2 cycles to dry clothes, the ice maker was very slow, and the hot water ran out daily. I could not even fill up the jetted tub without running out of hot water. These last 3 things made staying there with 7 people a challenge. The size of the condo was great and it was impeccably clean. The dining furniture was mismatched and some of the chairs were sketchy to sit on. The red living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The couches shown in the pics in the master bedroom are not there. My husband and I are plus sized and I there is no middle support in the king sized bed. We ended up pulling the mattress to the floor for fear of breaking the box springs. The lights in the sitting area in the master bedroom did not work and there was no cover on the light on the fan in the living room by the kitchen. I know I'm sounding nitpicky, but we're not rich people and I had expect that I was paying for luxury. The size of the condo was great for us though. Just manage your expectations better than I did.....

Summary: We had a phenominal vacation experience. The property was wonderful and so convienient to the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort with Beach Club access. Easy to dine out or in, with lots off space for family gathering and resting. Barbara/Dolly were very easy to communicate with and easy check in, and helped make the vacation special with valuable insights for dining and play. We'd definitely come back again!

Summary: We loved the condo. It was large and gave the 7 of us room to stretch out (as opposed to a hotel room) We were a short walking distance to the Mariott and probably was closer to the beach and amenities than if we stayed in the hotel. We liked the fact the condo wasn't too fancy as we had little kids and didn't have to worry about anything. It also had parking included. Fort Lauderdale is a difficult city to find parking. We had a great time.
