Central air, full bath, eat in kitchen, balcony, private drive & entrances, 2 flat screen HD TV'S, Blue Ray, Netflix, On demand, WIFI. Very comfortable for two or a couple with children.
Minutes from the Cape and Plymouth. Visit Boston, ( Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, Celtics, Aquarium, museums, historical sites and trails, shopping, etc. etc. etc.) Ptown, Newport, Plymouth, (Plymouth Rock, The Mayflower, Plymouth Plantation) from your secluded country setting on 4 acres. Large pool deck with in-ground pool, firepit, outdoor music system, large grill area with 2 grills a griddle and tables and chairs for 50+ people.. Fenced areas for pets if needed. Very large yard to exercise your dog.

Summary: We always love to stay here when we visit southeast Massachusetts. It’s become our home away from home. Paul and Cheryl are the nicest hosts and always available if we need something. Our unit upon arrival was meticulous and clean. It is a quiet secluded neighborhood with a beautiful pool and tennis court. There’s a balcony off a bedroom/living room area upstairs but don’t become alarmed if you hear some scuffling going on out there during the night. It’s just some friendly raccoons making their nightly rounds:-)

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here! There were 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids) and the home felt very comfortable. Paul made us feel VERY welcome and he made sure we had everything we needed. He was easy to communicate to through the entire process. We rented in mid May and definitely did not expect the pool to be open yet for the season- not only was it open but he heated it especially for us! Our kids loved it. Awesome yard with tons of space to run off some energy. Great outdoor kitchen area. House has EVERYTHING you need. We could have left half the stuffed we packed at home. Wish we could have stayed another week there. Awesome place, great owners. Oh, and our kids loved that their room had their own balcony! Fun surprise. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Perfect family retreat, very private secluded property, pool, tennis, basketball court, playground and pet friendly! The lodging has everything you need and is fully stocked with supplies, muffins on arrival, too much to mention ! The only unusual thing is that all of the bedrooms are upstairs, no living room and bathroom is downstairs . The entertainment electronics are also amazing , gaming systems , videos, surround sound, and there is an excellent variety of books for all ages ! Only needed the central air one night, worked great ! Definitely recommend this property.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time at Paul's. The accomodations were nice and clean. He took time to show us around and explain the amenities. The kids were thrilled with the pool and play area 👍 Hope to get back and stay there again!
