This Orem, UT property is a perfect location; just south of University Place Mall and right in the middle of the BYU and UVU campuses. While not a looker on the outside, this updated property is functional, clean, and will be a comfortable visit. This is a spacious 3 level home with 4 full bathrooms. It has 2 spacious master bedrooms, 2 basement bedrooms (the second basement bedroom doubles as a 2nd TV area). The main floor has two dining areas, two kitchen tables, kitchen, and an awesome living room filled with couches and a big screen TV. We have Comcast cable, Netflix, Retro Super NES, and BluRay player.
This property has 4 full bathrooms. Both master bedrooms on the top floor have their own full bath. There is a full bath on the main floor and a full bath in the basement level. The basement level also has the washer/dryer room.

Summary: Rodney was awesome. My husband got a chance to meet him at check in. The house was very welcoming and felt like home. It was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again if ever in town. Communication with the host was super easy. Check in/check out was a breeze. Location is excellent close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.

Summary: The Hillcrest property worked perfect for our short stay in the Provo/Orem area. It was spacious and had everything we needed for our large family. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and worked great. The kitchen set up was good, it had everything we needed but could have been more organized. Rodney was great to work with and responded quickly when we reached out for something. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: Rodney was the perfect host and was available at all times. Perfect home for a group of 9 softball players and the need for 4 full bathrooms. The girls were indeed pleased with their stay. Also, location of home near plenty of food and shopping centers. Thank you!

Summary: This home was perfect for our needs and conveniently located. The home was clean and filled with all the necessities. The bedrooms were large and accomodating. We had an infant so really appreciated the changing table. It was nice to have 4 full bathrooms. Our phone number was inaccurate, so it took a little to get connected but once we did, Rodney was helpful and easy to work with. Loved our stay.
