Look no further! 2,678sqft of space to spread out, from the comfortable King master suite, Bunk Room for the kids, and spacious backyard pool surrounded by lush landscaping, Coastal Hacienda has it all! Tons of indoor and outdoor space to lounge, play games, eat a meal, or watch a movie together. Once you arrive, you will be ready to build new memories with your loved ones and friends!
Completely remodeled home, high end finishes such as brand new remodeled bathrooms, granite counters, and high quality decoration throughout, nothing has been overlooked. 16 miles away from Anna Maria Island! 4.1 miles from Bradenton Area Convention Center, 9 miles to Bradenton Country Club, 22 miles to St. Pete's Beach!
Attention: If you’re looking for a party house, please DO NOT BOOK. Home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and we monitor noise levels. There is no street parking and there is a 10 pm Quiet Time. Property is a great fit for family vacations.
There is some development happening at the adjacent lot. Any development or construction is done within normal hours and should abide by county standards. Note pics are provided for reference.

All linens and towels provided (bath and beach!)
Fully equipped with beautiful kitchen utensils. Kitchen is open to the rest of the living space ready to create new memories with your loved ones!
The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and brand new center island.
Plenty of place settings includes drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs plus kid friendly dinnerware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, blender, crock pot, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee, filters and creamer!)
Gas Grill with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20.
Dining: Kitchen Island with 4 stools, Dining tables that seats 8 plus
Outdoor table w/ 8 chairs and Sitting Area by the Pool.

Pool Settings are all scheduled. When purchased ($140/wk), Pool Heat is set to 85 degrees, however if air temps drop below 70 degrees it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
Pets are allowed, up to 2 dogs under 50lbs. Note there is a $175 pet fee (plus tax) per stay; if you are bringing pets please let host know and provide details. Pet policy rules apply (i.e. guests must clean up/dispose of refuse on property, pets may not be left unattended without being crated, pets not allowed on furniture etc.).

Summary: This rental was a big disappointment. Upon arrival there were a number of cleaning and maintenance concerns (Andrew did send his cleaning lady and maintenance man to address our immediate concerns) but our biggest issue was the significant construction site directly next to the property that was not disclosed when we booked 4 weeks prior to arrival (it is now). The house has the general look and feel of deferred maintenance and deep cleaning needs both inside and outside. Additionally, the backyard is an eyesore with a blown over shed that also was not disclosed. The highlights were the comfortable beds, the layout of the house, the outdoor shower and the heated pool.

Summary: VRBO has this property rated 9.8 out of 10. I would only give it a 6.5. Overall the house was ok but starting to show wear. The beds are memory foam which we both found to be very comfortable. The living room furniture is old and uncomfortable. The pool was dirty and the property manager had it cleaned as soon as I called. The backyard is a mess. I guess it’s still a mess from the hurricane last fall. They are doing construction next to the property. Heavy equipment running 6 days a week. The heat broke twice. The first time it was fixed right away. The second time it was never fixed. The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest. I’m not sure how they come up with these ratings but this not what I expected for the money we spent.

Summary: Overall the place was perfect for our group of 8, the only thing was the construction. They work from 7 to 4 all day long with big trucks, so it was not quiet at all.I would recommand this place !

Summary: Very, very spacious home with all of the amenities you need when traveling from out of state. 3 rooms with king size beds, another with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms. The beds were comfy. Very clean and well maintained property. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool so much. Just an overall great stay.

Summary: Communication with the owner was perfect. We had a few issues after check in and the owner had someone there the next morning- on a holiday. The handyman was professional and did a great job. The home is spacious and has a great layout. Yard is huge and the pool is a nice size too. Everything inside the home is exactly as pictured. Super cute decor. Things to mention (not negative or positive, just a couple things to note) plan on bringing your shower gel and hair products, they only provide sample size. There is not a lot to do in the immediate area. Nothing is too far either. Everything is a minimum of 10 mins. I don’t think that is bad, but not walkable. This is a great home for people who don’t want the hustle and bustle. When we were there we saw big white birds in the back yard. They were so much fun to watch. Next to the house is a huge undeveloped area, I’m sure there is an endless possibility to the wildlife you may see :) The only cons of the home- exterior needs power washed. The interior did have some house spiders and cobwebs. Not big scary spiders, but spiders nonetheless. (This is from a person who HATES spiders)

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-week stay at Coastal Hacienda! We did run into a few minor problems which were immediately addressed by Andrew. The fenced in yard and heated pool (heated is an additional fee) were amazing. The 2-zone A/C was also terrific. The bunkroom accommodated all the kids. The beds were very comfortable and the large desk in the master bedroom was well equipped with multiple outlets and USB ports. There were plenty of pool towels. The multitude of televisions > one in every bedroom plus one in each of the 2 living rooms was a nice touch as was the high-end washer/dryer, dishwasher, and spacious refrigerator. Although the kids couldn’t get the WII to function properly, there were board games which they enjoyed playing very much. The outdoor space, the indoor space, everything, is exactly what you would expect from a high-end rental. $$$.
