Summary: My group and I enjoyed our weekend, it was my first time staying at a resort hotel. The accommodation was great but with one exception. There was no elevator in the building and I had made it known during my reservation that I would have some people coming with me that was physically challenged and I would need a ground level I was told by the Property Manager that I could request one at check in. Even though I arrived early and was allowed to check in early I was told that the only thing left was a 3rd floor. I feel that I should have been told from the beginning that there wasn’t any way to accommodate handicapped people who are unable to walk up the steps. . This presented an issue that could have been avoided. The other issues were minor room.

Summary: The staff were wonderful! The property was spacious. We used the grill to cook burgers and hot dogs. We swam at the pool. We spent the day at Colonial Williamsburg and location was great; however, it could have been newer and cleaner. There were hairs and dirt all over the bathroom floor. It is time for an interior upgrade.

Summary: The place is outdated and there's mold growing in places. Covid was the least of my worries. We had to clean the entire place ourselves. Dishes were dirty and there was trash from the last occupants. Go somewhere else if you can
