Summary: Everything was very nice. Good communication with property manger. House was nice and clean and kitchen had everything needed and then some. The property is in a nice quiet location and close to restaurants and stores. The house is also very spacious with a nice backyard. Some of the furniture was different than pictured but it was all nice and comfortable.

Summary: Disappointing when you arrive to discover the pictures on the site don't match the house since that is generally why you pick it. It was important to me to have a TV in the master and the photos show there is - there wasn't It was important to me have a game room and photos show air hockey and foosball - there was no air hockey table It was important to me to have a big TV in the den and the photos show a big TV - it was a small TV. The photos show a nice leather couch in the den, it was a horrible uncomfortable conversion couch of some sort. Something in the kitchen smells horrible but could not locate. Floors are very dirty, I had to wash my feet to put shoes on. When I called she offered a larger TV but could not come when I was available so put it on the back porch and asked me to move all the TV's around. I figured I would have gotten some sort of discount but haven't even heard from the owner since she left the TV on the back porch.

Summary: The property was clean. However, the dryer was broke and I was not told this until I had already paid for the property. Their were small bugs in the master bath room that was only visible at night. The bedding and towels were very clean. I also recommend getting a full size coffee maker or a keurig for the property.

Summary: Me and my group of friends loved our stay here at this property! The entire house was very clean and had everything that we could need for our weekend! Our host was also very helpful with any questions that we had and responded promptly! Would definitely stay here again!
