Relax with the whole family at this peaceful house to stay near all the beaches with outdoor fireplace an playhouse outdoor for the kids. Includes 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms an updated kitchen an a awesome movie room! This house can sleep up to 10 guests.
We also paid for the yearly beach pass to Sandy Neck which is 600.00 per year. If you lose the pass you will have to pay us back. It will allow you to wave the daily $25.00 beach access and give you free parking. The beach is 1.9 Miles away and has a snack shack for lunch.

Summary: Beautiful, lots of space and great kitchen & bathrooms! We celebrated our son's proposal with her family and ours and loved the outdoor fireplace as well. Super fun game room was a bonus since it was the hurricane weekend so we had lots of quality time around the screened in firepit & game room in this beautiful home! Thank you!!

Summary: This was a really nice house with a lot of amenities and game room. There was no extra toilet paper other than 2 rolls of partially used toilet paper and not enough washcloths for a house of that size for 8 people. I had to contact the owner for check-in instructions as they weren't sent prior to the trip. Other than that, the owner responded fairly quickly and the house was nice.

Summary: Perfect for our long, late September weekend together w/ family. 7yr. old loved the adorable playhouse. Game room was just off the kitchen w/comfy, beautiful, Movie loft above, where we spent family time. We all had our private sleeping areas w/ bathrooms. The Home was exactly as advertised & more.Well Stocked , seemed brand new but felt like a warm, well cared for home. Although a rainy weekend, we enjoyed a short drive to Sandy Neck Beach,, walking the beach ( girls looking for shells).Of course, ihome was located a short drive to Titcomb's, my favorite Bookstore on the Cape, on 6A. It would have been a nice community to ride bikes if weather was better. We all lived our stay.

Summary: The house couldn't have been any better! Great location (very quick drive to the beach), beach pass included, every amenity you would need (beach chairs, umbrella, bikes, beach towels, regular shower towels, bed sheets etc. All you really need to pack are clothes. Quick drive to Hyannis, Sandwich and all the other beautiful towns The house itself is beautiful, you may not want to venture out. The owner was amazing and very responsive when emailed with questions. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Summary: Highly recommend this property. Sarah was very responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. The house was immaculately clean, just as described with the photos and initial posting, and stocked generously. The spice cabinet had ample selections, the movie room had a marvelous bean bag style loveseat, the game room was a hit with the seven year old in our party (air hockey, ping pong, and darts!), and the bike shed boasted seven bikes in solid condition! All in all, the house was perfect, in every way, and we recommend it to any and all!

Summary: Sarah was a wonderful host. We stayed with another family- 3 kids under 7 and everyone had a wonderful time. So much to do at the house alone, great bedroom/bathroom set up and perfect gathering rooms. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: The house was wonderful and very comfortable! It was me and three of my girlfriends, we had a fantastic time. The house was cozy and a great place to relax and catch up. The location was very convenient and in a beautiful neighborhood. Sarah was so great and checked in to see how everything was going and was very accommodating.
