Looking for an amazing house in Suffolk County Long Island to call home for summer 2025? Then our peaceful, 4-bedroom waterfront paradise on the Moriches Bay is for you!
Our newly built 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom multi-level house with expansive deck and private boat dock on a quiet dead-end street is perfect for a group of family or friends.
Conveniently located on Long Island's South shore 60 miles out of NYC and minutes away from Fire Island and Hampton beaches, the town of Center Moriches has everything you need.
Once in our house you'll enjoy amazing views from every room whether you are preparing meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, having coffee or drinks on the master bedroom's private porch, or waking up in any of the rooms hearing the wildlife welcome the day. Other spaces in the house to enjoy including the piano room with the baby grand piano; relaxing in the salon while watching the ever-changing scenery passing the large picture windows; or unwinding with a nice steam shower or jacuzzi bath in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Outside you can enjoy the deck and capture sunsets as you barbecue; or bring a few chairs out to the end of the dock and have a snack; or try kayaking and paddle boarding with the sports equipment in the garage. You can even bring or rent your personal watercraft and dock them right on the property. There is also a garage space available for 1 car next to the 2 bicycles, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and games we've supplied for you. Sleeps 8 comfortably, 10 max. Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Sharon’s house for our daughter's wedding. The home was beautifully maintained, spacious, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was gorgeous, and in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood. Sharon was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home during such a special time. Highly recommend!

Summary: This beautiful home is new and has a gorgeous view. Sharon was extremely prompt with responses to any questions I had. This home is modern, comfy and spacious. We had 6 adults and a 2 year old. Plenty of comfy beds and bathrooms for everyone. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddleboards that come with the rental. There is access to the water right from the brand new dock. We spent almost every evening on the deck, relaxing and waiting for the sunset. There are lots of rabbits and deer to watch, as well. A true gem. I would highly recommend this as a vacation spot for any family. The price was also reasonable. Will be returning at some point.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this property. The location is beautiful, great views and lots of wildlife. The home was beautiful with every amenity we could need! Beds were comfy!! We would absolutely stay again!

Summary: Thank you very much Sharon for sharing your truly magnificent home. We were impressed. Loved ALL the details of the home. Plus the instructions you provided, made it easy and fun to explore the area and enjoy the properties amenities and activities. Your home is inviting and comfortable and a place one wanted to return after a fun filled day. We had an amazing stay. We enjoyed being able to kayak and paddle board right from the backyard. Close to the beaches, Smiths Point and Cupsogue Beach County Park. We also loved the peacefulness by relaxing on the back deck, playing cornhole, going biking in the neighborhood and taking in scenic walks. We had all the conveniences of home. The entire experience made us wanting to stay longer or never leave at all. Thanks again.

Summary: Everything about 6 Grove Street was fantastic. Lovely and spacious interior with beautiful grounds . All furniture and equipment were high standard, and everything was provided ensuring that you felt like you were in your own home. So convenient for local amenities but a really tranquil location. Sitting on the deck with a coffee watching deer wandering on the lawn nibbling at the trees was a treat. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. We are already planning our diary for a return visit.

Summary: My family and I stayed at this beautiful property in Center Moriches. This property was everything and more, located in a perfect secluded location on the water. It was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed. Wide open floor plan, large decks, very large rooms and beautiful large master bedroom and bath. We were extremely comfortable the entire stay. Highly recommend!!!! 10/10

Summary: We had a perfect week at Sharon’s house. It is a modern spacious house in a beautiful waterfront setting which we enjoyed very much. It was clean and has everything you need. The best things for us were the amazing views (sunsets!) from the deck and balcony and the kayaking directly from the property to the water. We definitely will be back.
