Summary: Enough space for 9 adults and a dog in town for the weekend for a wedding. House was clean and well-equipped and beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my question.

Summary: Enjoyed the weekend with family for a nearby wedding. Great location, near the airport & all of the necessities. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Perfect spot for a family get together.

Summary: This was a big family vacation to visit my son who plays for the New Hampshire Fishercats. The property was perfect for the number of people we had and the close proximity to the baseball stadium was ideal. Communication with Kevin was very good with very quick answers to any questions we had. The only downside was the lack of any outdoor cooking amenities. However, still 5 stars due to the fact as that was clearly communicated. If my son is still with the Fishercats next season we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: House was beautiful. Everything we expected and then some. Plenty of room. Plenty of parking. Master bedroom is a great space and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend and will likely book again if we are in the area.

Summary: The house was great for our big family with lots of extra space in the bedrooms to spread out. Super easy to use the TVs in all the rooms. The house was definitely well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The AC was working great and kept everyone cool. Awesome fenced in yard for the kids. Driveway parking for plenty of cars and close to shopping/restaurants. Close to parks in the area for kids.

Summary: Owner was a great responsive communicator. Property needs a re set on kitchen items like more coffee cups and glasses. Cookie sheets, large cutting board. Spices, salt and pepper . Upstairs bathroom needs some updating .

Summary: This place is very nice. It’s close to many shops and other things. It was perfect for our weekend for a wedding. The owner made it easy to check in and out. I would stay there again if I was in the area again

Summary: 5 of us, parents and 3 adult children, had a very comfortable stay. Everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Clean house, comfortable beds, nice appliances. Great communication with Kevin who made the place available to us an hour early. Perfect place for our needs.
