Summary: The home was clean and comfortable with great views. We were able to park a 40’ boat trailer, dually truck, and sports car in the circular driveway. There was additional parking for one vehicle behind the house.

Summary: This house is perfect for a small group or family. We had 7 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. House was very clean and comfortable. Check in: couldn’t have been easier House: very clean and comfortable! Sofa in the pool room is a pull out and was perfect! Kitchen was fully stocked. Communication: absolutely perfect! We ran out of propane and within 20 minutes we had a new tank delivered to us. So nice of them! Location: 10 minutes to Wahweap Marina, Big Gas station with beer, wine, ice and little Mexican joint is 1 minute away. Safeway is 15 min up the road. Horseshoe bend 20 min. Location is perfect! Best part about the house: THE VIEW! We didn’t spend much time inside while at the house. It was all about watching the sunrise and the sunset and in this house, you get to see both. We watched several monsoons go by in the distance and watching the lightening from the deck was incredible. Would we go back??? 100% and I hope one day we are able to! Thank you to the hosts! Y’all made checking off this bucketlist destination incredible!

Summary: This property is fabulous! Beautiful scenery and close to what we were there for. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings and watching the birds and jack rabbits. Highly recommend!

Summary: We've stayed in the Greenhaven area at other VRBO locations, but this one takes the cake! The home is spacious - large open kitchen/family area which was perfect for our family. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect with a parking spot for a boat. Only 10 minutes from Wahweap Marina, this is the ideal location for a day on the lake and cool comfort in the evening. We'll be back!

Summary: It has the following advantages Location Space Cleanliness isolation (extremely quite) The facility is clean, quite and has a great location for getting to schedules tours. The managements and their services are outstanding. Removes all headaches associated with selecting a place to stay.

Summary: We rented this property before and it was great so we tried it again! This time was a bit more rough. Our main reason for renting this spot was because of the big driveway making it easy for us to pull in, pull through, and pull out with our two trucks and trailers. This time a large boat was parked in the driveway making it impossible for us to park! And there was definitely no possible way to pull through. We would have greatly appreciated knowing that was there prior to renting or even our arrival. Second, there were a lot of black beetles inside the house. Yuck! They were all different sizes and everywhere. We couldn’t leave food on the table for more than a 1/2 hour or we would have little beetle friends show up. Lastly, we asked if we could just place coolers inside of the garage or house due to the 100+ temps and we were told it was “against policy”, but we could pay 1/2 a night (around a couple hundred dollars) and they would let us. Really? “Against policy” unless we pay? We rented a place in a similar location a couple years back and they were more than willing to let us just sit our coolers right inside while we went out on the lake, at no additional charge- it was no big deal. We had already rented the place and we weren’t asking to go inside or anything, just set them down so we could get them out of the direct sunlight. We feel they were a lot more helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Other than those few things the place is good.

Summary: Rooms in the house were nice with a spectacular view of lone rock and Wahweap. Plenty of outdoor parking space, however could use some more entertainment items for kids(games, board games for kids etc.). Overall, great views and enjoyed our time there.
