*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 8 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in all vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

This house does NOT have a fireplace.
All 4 bedrooms have a king bed. Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and one of them has an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and one of them has an ensuite bathroom.
The house is pet friendly for one pet only. The back yard is NOT fully fenced in. Please do not leave your fur baby unattended and please pick up after them.
There is NO a/c or hot tub. There is also no access to the garage.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was overall clean. The thermostat was locked so we did not have access to turning on the AC. We were not given an code to access. The first night one of the bedrooms had a bat inside which eventually was trapped in a storage closet. When reporting this information to the property manager the only response given was "Thank you for letting us know". I had also emailed them to clarify the trash situation since our bear box was full upon arrival. They told me to put the trash in the garage and after multiple emails they finally realized we do not have access to the garage. The home was beautiful besides the bat flying in the bedroom at night. The property managers need to do a better job communicating with clients.

Summary: Overall the house was great for our group of 7. It was large and comfortably fit our group plus its close to downtown and the mountain. The kitchen had the basics to cook, be sure to bring your own aluminum foil, etc. One person in our group said their sheets were not clean and found hair in it. Being detailed since we paid close to 850/night after fees, the fireplace does not work and there is no fire pit or hot tub even though the back yard is large! Ice maker in the fridge was making ice that tasted like soap not sure why. Living/dining room furniture could be updated but the bedrooms were furnished nicely.

Summary: The property is in okay shape, pics are a bit misleading. Great location, nice remodeled bathrooms.All linens were wet when we arrived, I reached out to the manager and he apologized and tried to help.I wish the place would have been cleaner and better maintained.

Summary: We enjoyed staying here with our three kids. Lots of bedrooms and the kitchen and bathroom were all recently updated and nice. Large backyard on a quiet residential street conveniently located near town and skiing at Heavenly. The only downside was the lack of kitchen cooking tools -- it was basic, which was accurately reflected in the description, but it would have been nice to have it slightly better stocked -- more serving dishes and big bowls, some tupperware for storing leftovers, basic kitchen stuff like coffee filters. There's also no shampoo/soap, etc. All that is noted in the description, and it was a great price, but note that you'll need to bring your own shampoo, etc. and serving lots of people at meals is harder than it needs to be.
