Welcome to this amazing home with all the modern bells and whistles! This home boasts 2675 sq ft of living space. As you walk into the front door you will find the formal dining room, a half bathroom, a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove for the chef in the family. You will also find a beautiful living room with a cozy gas fire place. The upper floor boasts a very large master bedroom with a king size bed and walk-in closet and a huge 5 piece ensuite bathroom with a large jetted soaker tub. On this floor you will also find 2 more generous bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 twins, as well as a 4 piece bathroom along with a large laundry room complete with a sink. The basement is fully developed with a large bedroom with a queen size bed, a 4 piece bathroom and a recreation/living room with a wet bar just perfect for watching the big game or a movie with popcorn. The sunny west back yard is where you will want to have your morning coffee while the kids play on the artificial turf. It is just perfect for your summer BBQ especially with the electronic awning to offer shade on hot summer days. There is also a queen size air mattress available upon request. Also queen size hide a bed in living room too. We are close to Westbrook mall- Safeway and Walmart- plus walking distance to Pubs- Restaurants. Only 3 blocks from Train Station- 7-10 min drive to downtown

Summary: We had an awesome stay! The property was great for our large group. The LRT was super close for getting to and from the Calgary Stampede. We could not find a hair dryer when we arrived at the property. Mick and Laura had one to us within an hour. Excellent service and highly recommend.
