Located in the heart of the East Bay, Downtown Warren, RI is a hot bed for arts, food, and culture. The house is right around the corner from art galleries, award winning restaurants, antique shops, breweries, nightlife, outdoor activities, and waterfront views.
Parks, Playgrounds, and the 14 mile long East Bay Bike Path all within walking distance. Minutes to picturesque Colt State Park
Closest swimmable beach is the Warren Town Beach (5-10min Walk). Closest ocean beaches are Second and Third Beach in Middletown, RI (30 min drive). Many great playgrounds in the area as well.

We can accommodate up to 8 people total with the beds and the sofa bed. Please be aware that there is only one bathroom, so it is a tight fit at max capacity.
Eat in kitchen with everything you will need for your stay and more! Large living room has additional dining space, couches, and TV.
Large shared backyard with a grill, patio dining, fire pit, swing set, sand box with kids toys. If you need any kid items, I’m sure we can set you up before you arrive. Guest washer and dryer available in basement laundry room.
We have two bikes for guests to use. The East Bay Bike Path cuts right through Warren - Bring your bikes!! 2 Kayaks available on Bristol Harbor.
Long term tenants live downstairs in the 1st floor apartment, so some common areas like the porch, entrance, laundry room, and backyard are shared.
Guests welcome, but NO PARTIES. This is a quiet neighborhood. We have had some bad experiences with groups breaking this rule, so if you aren’t sure, just ask.
Free street parking available in front of the house. All public parking in Warren is free. Bus to Providence and the rest of the East Bay right around the corner. Uber and Lyft readily available.

Summary: Convenient, walkable location - both to water as well as awesome historical village Short walk for coffee next to the public wharf - a wonderful, peaceful start to both days (Cafe sits behind a cheese shop named Wedge)! love it! Warren: Location also convenient to many restaurants, (enjoyed Hunky Dory), local market (Tom's - great market, sadly the one item that we forgot - a toothbrush, they didn't have) and Del's frozen lemonade- to be open soon. Would 100% return! As far as the rental itself; it reminded me of my apartment days - was comfortable, plenty of room - could see the small, one BA being an issue if with many people (we were just 3). Friendly downstairs neighbor, and quickly responsive host. Would love to know more (or be in season) for the neighbor's Rhubarbary - love the purple truck!! :-)

Summary: The house is well-situated, and when you're in Rhode Island, you're never that far from anything so a comfortable apartment on a charming wharf is a great option. My group of eight found the house has great character, the features and amenities nicely better than adequate, the rooms and beds comfortable, and the neighborhood charming. Getting in the apartment was easy, with stores along the route to it making it simple to get what we needed for the overnight, and the requested instructions for our stay reasonable. We had a pleasant wharf / nabe walk after our dinner cooked in, and our morning departure was smooth and easy. The rental is a second-floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood with quiet neighbors. The only thing I'd mention for others considering a stay here is the access requires a climb up a somewhat tight box-spiral staircase; we had no problems or complaints with it. Want to note my appreciation that this place rents single evening stayovers. At all, and also as a family group it's always preferable to stay in a house rather than spread across hotel rooms. Recommended!
