Quiet location just off the highway 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Fully Furnished. Each room has its own electric heat and adjustable thermostat. All linens are provided, (rags for all messes) towels, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, 6 toilet paper rolls, dish towels, furniture, dish soap, hand soap and 6 trash bags.
We want you to have a great time but we request that you respect the neighbors. We ask that after 10:00pm till 7:00 am you will keep noise down. Sound does travel through the trees so please try to remember this at all times.
No pets or smoking in the house.

Summary: Great location North of Chamberlain. Communication with owner and property access was easy. Fully furnished kitchen, dining and living area provided ample space for our stay. Very comfortable beds and linens. Will definitely book again when we return to the area.

Summary: We had 6 guys with 3 pickups and boats at the property for a week. There was plenty of room outside for parking. The house was perfect for what we needed. Enough beds and bedrooms for everyone to be spread out. We ate in town or on the water most of the time, but we did grill burgers a couple times when the weather allowed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed….i would recommend this property to someone going to the Chamberlain area!!

Summary: We stayed with two families my wife and I, two teenagers and a 12 year old. The other family was husband wife and their 11-year-old. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for us. In the photos it looks like there is a fish cleaning station. It is not it is a laundry room they do not want anyone cleaning fish or game on the property which is completely understandable. With that said there is an excellent new fish cleaning station across from the marina which a straight shot four Mile drive down the highway. excellent place to stay if you're fishing and that fish cleaning station is indoors and air conditioned. The kitchen was very adequately stocked as far as utensils and the only complaints we would have which really are not deal breakers at all is that the grill was subpar but we did not use it we brought a pellet smoker and there are plenty of outside outlets for things like plugging your boat in or plugging our pellet smoker in. The property was large enough for us to park 2 pickups with boats and a car. The horseshoe driveway is a bit tight in the corner there's some landscaping rock that you would not want to hit with your boat trailer we ended up having to turn out a bit at the tight as part of the horseshoe and then circle around but it worked just fine with 19 ft boats. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five on cleanliness is the grass was pretty long could have been mowed. Again not a deal breaker by any means. We would absolutely stay again.
