4 Bedroom House in Silverado Ranch, Las Vegas

4 bedroom 1800+ square feet located on the south side of Las Vegas 10 minutes from the strip. This house is perfect for a family getaway. The spacious backyard is professionally landscaped with newly updated pool and spa with pebble tec. The pool can be heated at an additional charge that varies on time of year. It has remote control for led pool lights waterfall and spa to set the mood for relaxation.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, its own TV and blue ray player and a renovated bathroom. The bathroom has a roomy double headed shower with bench seating in the shower.
The next bedroom has a queen bed then we have one more room with another queen bed. Our 4th bedroom has bunk beds only suitable for kids, it has some toys and games.
The house is equipped with cox cable and internet both included. The main floor has a couch big enough to sit the whole family and a flat screen television and blue ray player. The back yard has a BBQ and plenty of room for the 8' picnic table and outdoor loungers all of which are provided.
We are close to all amenities like bowling alley, theaters, grocery stores, gym, premium outlet mall, airport and interstate 15
There are no parties, gatherings, or other such things allowed in the house. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any point in the stay and may not exceed 6 without our permission.

Summary: We stayed here over Christmas. The house easily fit six adults and two kids. The hot tub was great as was the spacious kitchen table. Randy was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Summary: I can’t say enough about this Gem!! The House is Everything You’d Want on Vacation and More!!! I came to Vegas with 3 girlfriends to celebrate my 50th. Soooo glad I chose this property. Beautifully decorated, amply stocked, conveniently located... The owner, Randy was great! very responsive and kind! Excellent customer service! My guests were elated! We were a bit bummed that we didn’t plan an extra day just to sit around, chill and enjoy the house!! We all will be back to Vegas again and each hope this property is available! Thanks for an amazing 50th!

Summary: We are not the standard Vegas visitor as we have family living in Henderson and this was the PERFECT and Quiet location. Literally one mile from each niece and a perfect get away to spot. Each morning started with hot tub, then swimming and then off to the family. Property is very well maintained. Thank you for a great stay!!

Summary: We loved everything about this house. I felt at home immediately upon arrival. It is beautifully furnished. The owner couldn’t be nicer. It was a pleasure to get to meet him and his family while they were in town. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable. The backyard is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing. This owner really went above and beyond, even supplying dvds for your viewing pleasure. We will definitely stay here again!! Outstanding experience!!

Summary: This house is exactly like the photos. It is very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is ideal as you are close to everything. We stayed for 2 months this winter and completely enjoyed our stay. Randy is an exceptional host that accommodated all of our needs. This is a house that we will rent again when we come to Vegas.
