Summary: Roomy house and beautiful views in Ann Arbor, approximately 10-15 drive from the stadium and downtown. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. We stayed in winter so did not get to utilize the outdoor amenities but appreciated the thoughtful indoor amenities including a full kitchen and Keurig coffee maker (with pods available).

Summary: This house has a very unique mid century modern aesthetic and floorplan. My family and friends stayed here for a weekend to visit my sister at University of Michigan and see a football game. The location is great to get to and from campus easily but in a quiet and remote location. Chris was an excellent host that communicated with us the whole time and let us check out a little later than required.

Summary: The owner was very easy to work with. The house is very spacious, clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub are excellent. All the little things were attended too.

Summary: Well kept private pool area was great for relaxing, grilling out, and reading. Nice hot tub. We had a lovely weekend checking out Ann Arbor and coming back to relax and make dinner.

Summary: I booked this rental for family during my wedding weekend, and I had to change my reservation details after my initial booking. Chris was extremely helpful, understanding, and accommodating. He was responsive and helpful during the checkin process. When he swung by the property to welcome my family, my mom reported he even stayed to watch my nephew jump into the pool a couple times (at my nephew’s request). He was very warm and welcoming. My family had a great stay at this lovely property, and the pool was a big hit.
