Summary: The house and the area are beautiful. So clever to turn the house to face the river so there are gorgeous views from all the rooms. The house is comfortable and great design to stay in with any age range. Everything you needed and more. The entire property was well looked after and the garden was well maintained and mown.The host Ailia was lovely, very helpful and quick to respond. So lovely to be on the water and the pictures were so accurate, the river really is at your back door. Enjoyed the our stay so much. Just wanted to keep saying “ah the serenity” Would highly recommend this as a holiday get away for any season and hope we will be back

Summary: A great place to stay with loads of space for a family with adult sons. It was so peaceful, the perfect spot to recharge at the end of a busy time with work. The river is a definite plus for swimming, rafting and just sitting and relaxing beside. It’s a good short walk into town with history to soak up and walks under large trees in the heat of the day. A good spot to go on longer walks from like up to Mt Pinnacle or School Hill. Jamieson Brewery is a must - just take your water bottle to avoid having to buy water.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay everything was perfect the location was absolutely beautiful ,it’s only there wasn’t enough toilets paper for the 6ppl stayed for 2 days so we have drive to get ourself that and there wasn’t any tissue in there otherwise anything else was great

Summary: Great location and we had a great time, however, the house is looking a little tired. For the price charged we would have liked the home paddock mowed, a decent bbq and the third bedroom to have a decent bed - the futon is not acceptable another double bed is needed.
