bedroom 1 master with en-suite king size bed. walkout to hot tub and pool.
Bedroom 2. King size bed.
Bedroom 3 lower level. Queen bed.
Bedroom 4 lower level. Queen size bed and an upper built in twin bunk bed.
Also a big sectional that can be used as an extra bed.
3 rd level. Professional theatre room. Huge screen surround sound. Vibrating reclining theatre chairs. Just like being at the theatre. Walkout upper deck with seating.
Paradise tropical backyard setting. Palm trees, coconut trees and all the extras. Big kidney shaped heated pool. Tiki roof covered hot tub good for all year. Large tiki bar and seating area with fantastic BBQ built in. Like you are in a tropical resort. Very private backyard.
Very comfortable house. Lots to do for all ages. 15 minute walk to the Saskatoon river with bridges and walking trails. Minutes to the university campus.

Summary: Chris' house was great for our family vacation. We made use of, and appreciated, the pool and pool toys, hot tub, TV room, well-stocked kitchen, tiki bar, and more. There was plenty of space for two adults and three kids. We took off a star because the house was so full of air fresher. That said, we will definitely stay there again!

Summary: This house was a good space for the 4 of us. Good kitchen area. Nice area to watch sports. Super convenient for getting to Sasktel Centre, shopping and dining., Winter so we didn’t use the pool or hot tub.

Summary: We were going to be in Saskatoon for a 95th birthday celebration, and decided to bring our nieces and nephew - ages ranged from 13 to 19. We booked this home because it has lots of bathrooms, lots of bedrooms, a lovely dining room, a fully stocked kitchen, an outdoor kitchen, A THEATRE ROOM, AND A TROPICAL POOL AND HOT TUB! How could we go wrong? The kids loved the pool and hot tub... and there was even a giant swan floatie in the pool. I was informed it was PERFECT for SnapChat! We had a great time, and used every inch of the well-thought-out home!! BBQ, theatre room, kitchen, dining room, pool, hot tub, downstairs...it was wonderful. I'm positive we'll be back!! Thank you!

Summary: We had so much fun! The backyard is an oasis... the pool and tiki bar are amazing! Our son loved the theatre room! The house was spacious and nicely decorated. Very clean too! Chris was wonderful, so accommodating. We highly recommend staying here!
