Negative: Long booking process.. once you book on booking com you require additional booking on other platform sent by agency. Also requires look after bins .. deposit.. asking to keep house clean but it actually needed attention when arrived.

Negative: First they lied there’s no double or king bed. They are three bedrooms with 2 twins bed each and 1 bedroom with one single bed. There’s also a single bed which is very uncomfortable. There are so many rules that comes with property, you have to take the bins outside otherwise you will not get your deposit back.

Positive: A company booking. The house was perfect for our employees.
Negative: Still waiting for the security deposit back for over a month. They are saying they have released the payment and our bank are saying they haven’t. Seem to be going around in circles trying to get our £300 deposit back. Would be reluctant to use again as we have never had this issue with other properties.
